Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem self-prognostication of students’ learning in Russian and European higher schools. The comparative analysis of students’ self-prognostication is made regarding methodology, process of prognostication, characteristics, typology and function of prognostication. The experimental research is made on the basis of Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University (Russia) and Higher Humanistic School (Poland).
